Client Policies
Outcome
Information shared during sessions is intended as guidance, in support of your spiritual evolution, and not a substitute for medical advice. Jessica Carter will employ a range of methodologies, from life coaching to tarot cards, to suit Client’s personal value and style. Client understands that there are no guarantees as to the outcome, hereby acknowledges that Jessica’s not a psychotherapist, psychiatrist or doctor, and assumes all personal discretion and risk.
Time
Client is responsible for getting acquainted with zoom (video conferencing) and arriving before or at scheduled appointment time. The session will last 45mins and begin exactly at scheduled start time. If Client’s late to the session, unfortunately, that time will be lost.
Scheduling
Client is responsible for keeping their scheduled session time. Any changes must be made no less than 48 hours in advance, otherwise Client will lose that session and not be able to reschedule. Exceptions may be made in emergency situations. Sessions never expire and can be placed on hold for any time in the future.
Refunds
No refunds, transfers or exchanges will be given.
Privacy
Client’s private information will never be shared. Jessica has the right to use case studies of Client’s situations and results, but without making reference to Client’s full identity. Client will always be contacted for approval prior to any case study or testimonial being published in which Client will be identified by full name.
Client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, share, sell, distribute, trade or otherwise disseminate or exploit, for any purposes, any portion of the services provided.
Packages
Packages expire 4 months from date of purchase and are non-transferrable. No partial or full refunds will be given.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-transferrable and have no expiration date. No refunds will be given.
